I was raised in the small town Olpe Kansas. In my free time I enjoy staying active and spending time with my family. I Graduated from Emporia State University with a B.S. in Health & Human Performance. I am a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. I am currently in the WSU DPT program to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I have a passion to help people and can do so by helping others fulfill their health goals. I once was an athlete so it is fulfilling to help other athletes progress and get better. Please contact me with any questions you may have.
What Got Me Interested In Health
My Story
Throughout childhood I was a bigger kid, and around my freshman/sophomore year of high school was when I had gotten to the biggest I've ever been, 270 lbs. I got tired of not feeling or looking good, so I took my health into my own hands. I stopped eating junk food and started to take working out serious. When I graduated high school in 2015 I weighed 210 lbs. Making this transformation made me want to help others do the same, so I thought I would become a personal trainer. I went to ESU majoring in H&HP in hopes of becoming a personal trainer, but I knew I could do more. Through one of my classes I learned about physical therapy and that's when knew I wanted to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I am currently attending at WSU DPT program and will graduate in 2023. I am still currently working out and wanting to help others achieve their health and fitness goals, that is why I have started my business, Elite Rehab and Sports Performance, LLC. I would love the opportunity to help you with you health and fitness goals. Elite Rehab & Sports Performance is currently providing health coaching, sports performance programing, general fitness programing, and pre-PT consultations. I plan to add physical therapy once I am done with school.
